Why do I get the error: MAPI error code 00000000 (0) at line 947 in sendemail.ccp when I try to email from Accounts Business 2014?

Open Outlook 2013 before emailing from Accounts Business 2014.

The Issue

You may experience this problem when emailing through Outlook 2013.  This email client is a 64-bit system that does not handle MAPI requests seamlessly.  

The error occurs when your Outlook 2013 is not open when emailing from Accounts Business 2014. 

Normally, Outlook 2013 should respond to the Accounts Business signal and open to transmit the message.  However, the signal is not interpreted properly and Outlook 2013 does not launch and the email is not sent.  Accounts Business generates this error.  

Workaround

Open Outlook 2013 before emailing from Accounts Business 2014.
