Turn off 2-Step Verification on your webmail account
The message sent by Reckon Accounts Business 2016 to your Webmail provider does not contain any source identification.
Where you have activated 2-step verification, and your webmail provider cannot identify the message source as a known source, it will send you a security code to enter to continue the process. Reckon Accounts Business cannot respond to this additional requirement and the email sending hangs.
Remove the 2-step verification requirement from your webmail account.
Care Ė in turning off 2-step verification you will be reducing the security level on your webmail account. Please consider the impact this step will have on your other activities and company policies.
