I’m trying to login to the bank’s site from within the Online banking centre in Reckon Accounts Hosted and failing to do so. The link does not progress any further and does not open the site. How can I fix it?
Reckon Accounts Hosted 2018 R2.
Enable the browser’s protected mode.
Due to the change on some configurations of Reckon Hosted, you will have to enable the secure browsing on hosted to allow those links to function correctly.
- Go to Help > Suggest New Features
- A browser window will appear and along with a secure connection alert (screenshot below). Tick the option 'In the future, do not show this warning' and click OK.
- Close the 'Suggest new Features' browser window.
Your Online Banking Centre links will now be operational.
