BAS window doesnít fit on the screen on a Surface tablet with Window 10.

Iím using Reckon Accounts Business on a Surface tablet with Windows 10. Why doesnít the BAS window fit properly on screen? The screen looks full size but is cutting out the information and do not display all the lines within.


Who does this applies to?

So far, we have seen this issue only on few occasions when using Reckon Accounts Business on the MS Surface tablets with Windows 10.

Brief description:

It is observed for some users who are using Reckon Accounts Business on the MS Surface tablet, the BAS window does not fit on the screen. We are unable to locate the cause but suspect it is due to some corrupt windows components, as the issue seems to be resolved after reinstalling the windows on those tablets.

To resolve the issue please reinstall the Windows OS on your tablet. Please follow this guide https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/4023533/surface-restore-or-reset-surface from Microsoft to reset your Surface to factory default settings.

Additional Information:

Please note this option will delete everything, your files, pictures documents etc from the surface. Make sure to backup all your important files/documents before conducting this step.

It will also remove any other installed applications that you may use. Make sure you have enough resources to reinstall them like installation CDs, installation key etc
