Reckon websites do not load properly when using Internet Explorer 10

Question:

Why donít Reckon websites load properly since I upgraded my Internet Explorer to version 10?



Solution:

You need to use Internet Explorer v10 in Compatibility View.


 


Detailed Instructions


1.    Close Internet Explorer to terminate the logon attempt.


2.    Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Compatibility View Settings;


3.    In Add this website, enter reckon.com.au/* and click Add;


4.    If using Hosted and Online products, add: 


a.    reckononline.com.au/*


b.    https://cashbook.reckononline.com.au/*


c.    reckon.com.au/*


d.    quicken.com.au/*


5.    Click Close.


You should now be able to view Reckon webpages in full.
